Thurs. Feb. 10 --- Night Three at Volusia County Speedway Park for the 40th Annual DIRTCar Nationals
Clint Bowyer wins again but only by .398 seconds over Ryan Gustin. Ty Dillon 3rd, Ken Schrader 4th, Jon Henry rounds out the top 5.
BARBERVILLE, FL - Feb. 10, 2011 - For the second consecutive night at the 40th Annual DIRTcar Nationals By University of Northwestern Ohio at Volusia Speedway Park, Clint Bowyer in a DIRTcar UMP Modified and Sammy Swindell in a Sprint Car took the checkered flags.
Bowyer started 17th in the DIRTcar UMP Modified main event and weaved through the field. He worked past Ken Schrader, then Ty Dillon and set his sights on leader Austin Dillon, whose motor then let go. Bowyer finally motored past Ryan Gustin and held on to win for the second consecutive night. Gustin was second with Ty Dillon, Schrader and Jon Henry rounding out the Top 5.
