Ryan Gustin and the Gressel Racing team trekked to the Hawkeye State this weekend for three battles with the MARS DIRTcar Series and Corn Belt Clash late models. Friday kicked things off at the Davenport Speedway where 'The Reaper' brought home a runner-up finish behind Chad Simpson. On Saturday, Things were looking good for the 50-lap, $10,000-to-win main event at the 34 Raceway in Burlington, but mechanical problems sidelined Gustin and left him with a disappointing third-place finish. Sunday's event in East Moline, Ill., was rained out.
